Delivery
We use national couriers to deliver our products. They are packaged very well and should reach you in perfect condition.
Our delivery service is tied-in with our production turnaround time and although we label this charge 'delivery', it also covers all packaging materials used.
Standard Delivery Charge
We are proud to offer a flat rate delivery charge, so if you order 1 or 100 as long as it's to the same address it will always be the same low rate. If your order is over £250 excluding VAT we will deliver for FREE, Your delivery rate depends on your postcode. Most UK postcodes are £19.99 + VAT, some postcodes which are charged as a premium from our carriers are £39.99 + VAT Please contact us before placing an order if you require this premium delivery option. Contact us for international shipping cost.
Urgent / Same Day Production and Deliveries
If you have an urgent need for our products, we can arrange to have orders sent by same day courier or delivered in our van. The cost for this type of service is obviously more than our standard prices, so if you have a last minute job, please get in touch and discuss your requirements with us. We can produce overnight and at weekends if required to fulfil urgent orders. If it's possible, we won't let you down.
Due to the nature of this type of bespoke service, we would ask you to get in touch for a quote based on your requirements and location. Please be advised that the prices charged for the products are more than our standard service. We have a local same day courier who can deliver anywhere in the UK, this service is charged at cost, or you are welcome to send your own courier to collect at an agreed time.
Same day production is not available on all products and is also dependent on our current work load, please contact us to see if the product you require is possible to turnaround the same day.
Production time
All items have the standard production times stated which excludes delivery times. * Production & delivery turnaround times start from when we receive your confirmed order, payment and print ready artwork. Orders placed before 12 noon count as that day, any orders placed after 12 noon will be processed on the next working day. Your order will be sent on a next working day courier service, your order will need to be signed for, so please ensure someone is available to accept the order on the delivery date. If no-one is available, the order will be returned to the courier depot and a card with the courier details will be left. You can then choose to arrange a re-delivery or collect from the depot.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details.
Standard next day* - £19.99 + VAT (Excludes Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Mann, certain Scottish postcodes, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland)
Please see product for estimated delivery timescale. The order can arrive any time between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Express 1-2 working days* service - £39.99 + VAT (For Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Mann, certain Scottish postcodes, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland)
Our UK courier, regards Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Mann, certain Scottish postcodes and Scottish Islands as a premium service. As such, the cost of these are more than the standard shipping, We are still proud to offer flat rate shipping to these areas, Please contact us before placing an order if you require this premium delivery option. These areas are all intended to be a next day service, but can be a 2 day service if the destination dictates this method. Please note that due to limitations on certain postcodes there can be a 1 day delay in delivery.
Saturday Deliveries - £POA
Deliveries are available for a Saturday. However, as there are limited slots, please contact us prior to ordering for availability and turnaround times.
Collecting from Store – Free of charge
If you have chosen to collect your order, you will be contacted once your order is ready. Orders can be collected Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 3pm.
GOODS RECEIVED FROM OUR COURIERS
Please take the time to examine the packaging for tears, punctures, corners damaged, etc. If any damage is visible or you are not 100% happy, insist on opening the package to inspect the consignment before signing. Goods received from couriers are signed for as received in good condition. Once the package has been signed for we are unable to claim for a damaged consignment.
