Dibond Composite Aluminium Boards

Dibond Composite Aluminium Boards, otherwise known as ACM boards, AluPanel or Dibond boards, are considered one of our most robust promotional products. ACM boards are manufactured by sandwiching a polyethylene core between two aluminium sheets, and their multi-layer construction prevents them from bending, rusting or cracking.

Each aluminium skin is 0.3mm; in total, the board is 3mm thick. Their exceptional durability makes them longer-lasting than our hoarding boards, which are also available on our website. In addition, the dual-surface ACM board allows us to print on both sides for maximum visibility.

DiBond composite aluminium boards are well suited to external environments, especially as they are known for their limited rate of expansion and contraction, even when exposed to the most extreme range of temperatures. These versatile boards are a popular choice for shop fascias, POS displays, exhibitions, property developments and construction sites.

You can expect our Dibond ACM boards to maintain their quality and vibrancy in the longer term thanks to the specialist UV resistant inks that we use. All our printed DiBond composite aluminium boards are made by printing to self adhesive vinyl and mounting it directly to the board. Using this method allows us to print full colour photo realistic digital prints and even gradients. All this results in a higher quality finish compared to the grainy effect of direct to board printing.

They are fully customisable, so the graphics of your choice can be applied to the front and reverse of each board, leaving you with a high-impact promotional tool that’s suitable for virtually any indoor or external setting.

If you already have a design in mind for your board, you are free to send us your own artwork when you order this product and we will replicate it for you. Please Note: Although the maximum board size is 2.44m × 1.22m (approx. 8ft × 4ft) multiple boards can be printed and easily placed side-by-side to increase the image area.

Drill Holes
If you have any particular requirements for drilled holes (e.g. hole diameter, distance from edges, positions), please let us know when ordering. If not specified, we will supply your order with a drilled hole of 5mm in size, 20mm from the edges. please leave enough clear space so the holes do not impact on your design.

Please note, when providing a measurement for the distance to the edge, we ask for a distance-to-centre of the hole.

If you are providing exact hole placements as part of your artwork, all fonts must be outlined. Please make sure the holes placement marks are easily visible, we recommend a 2mm mark in a contrasting colour. Please note, the minimum drilled hole diameter size we can provide is 3mm.
